The Best Burger Patties You Will Ever Have In Your Life: This One Ingredient Makes All The Difference!

The Best Burger Patties You Will Ever Have In Your Life: This One Ingredient Makes All The Difference!

Here's everything you need for these stick-to-your-ribs beef burger patties. You need ten minutes of prep time and twenty minutes of cooking time for this recipe that yields six patties.

Let's Get Started…

Ingredients To Gather:

  • 1½ pounds beef chuck, cut into 1-inch pieces and chilled
  • ½ pound beef brisket, cut into 1-inch pieces and chilled
  • 6 ounces boneless beef short ribs, cut into 1-inch pieces and chilled
  • Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
  • Vegetable oil, for greasing

Now That You Have All Your Ingredients To Gather It Is Time To Get Started

  1. Unlike other hamburger recipes this one is slightly different because of the variety of spices and ingredients that are on the list.
  2. If you do not follow the preparation instructions exactly then when you cook the hamburgers they can fall apart when you cook them. That is why the crucial step-by-step instructions are super important.
  3. Also, there is a special heat that you have to grill these burgers on. Make sure that you keep a close eye out on that or else they can dry out really quick. This recipe may sound hard but if you know how to follow directions then you should be fine.
