We like to marinade our cuts of meat before cooking them, and many times we use a sauce straight from the bottle. Nothing wrong with that, there are many brands that have wonderful products we love. However, we also love to make a marinade from scratch, and we're always delighted when we find a recipe so amazing we feel like tossing all our store-bought dressings into the trash. Well, this is one of those finds! This recipe is so simple, so easy to make and so flavorful, we tried it on different types of meat. Steak, chicken, pork, fish … seriously, all of them turned out delicious.
The recipe couldn't be easier to make: First, you combine all the ingredients in a blender. Then, you pour the mixture over the meat, cover and refrigerate for up to eight hours.
