This has to be the easiest recipe for Pork Chops that I have ever made and the most scrumptious.
The Pineapple & Teriyaki marinade has minced ginger and garlic for a kick. When you grill these on the BBQ or bake them in the oven, personally I would choose BBQ, the glaze doesn't burn or get charred.
Once you marinade the chops for a couple of hours it only takes ten minutes to prepare and ten minutes to cook!
