This Beefy Chimichanga Is Super Easy To Make, Fresh, Loaded & Absolutely Delicious

You will want to heat the tortillas in the microwave for a seconds, making them easily foldable. Then you can spread a layer of beans onto the middle of the tortilla, spoon on the beef mixture down the center and top it with shredded cheese!

Directions To Follow: 

  1. Heat 2 inches of oil in a pan.
  2. Another Pan: Brown ground beef in skillet over medium-high heat. Drain excess grease, add the onion and corn. Cook about 5 more minutes until vegetables are tender. Stir in the taco sauce, season with chili powder, garlic salt, cumin, stirring until blended.
  3. Cook until heated through, then remove from heat, and set aside.
