This Solar Pie is perfect for any occasion and has everybody favorites inside a golden, flaky crust that is seasoned to perfection. This dish is kind of similar to Spinach Dip but it has it's own flair and of course the bread is used for dipping.
This tasty appetizer, known as Gunes Borek, or Solar Pie, contains spinach and cheese all wrapped up in dough that’s cooked until it’s nice and brown. It’s catchy name comes from its unique shape, because it’s fashioned to look just like the sun!
