This Tomato & Cauliflower Casserole Is So Good You Won’t Even Know It’s Healthy!

After You Get A Load Of This Why Would You Make Anything Else?

Tired of popping that frozen low-calorie barely eatable dinner into the microwave oven? You know, the one that is never really cooked all the way through, with a cold middle section and the dry outer layer?

Obviously, you will want something that is appetizing, filling and easy to take to work — or even a potluck!

Try this wonderful cauliflower and tomato casserole with broccoli! It’s deceptively creamy but also low-fat! Using either frozen or fresh vegetable it can be made the evening before, refrigerated, then baked before dinner the following day!

Hey, make enough where you can section the dish and you’ll have it for lunch all week if you’d like!

The taste of a creamy casserole featuring tomatoes and cauliflower sounds appetizing enough to me! OMG… this is sooo good.

Me, too. I don’t like to make vegetables “unhealthy”, but this really looks good! And there’s a lot of different ways to make it different. Carrots, broccoli, onion, are just a few vegetables that can be added to change it.
