    I sauteed some garlic, red and orange bell pepper, and chopped broccoli with the butter before I added the egg mixture. After the eggs cooked I added one chopped leaf of fresh basil. Then I placed it on toasted french bread placed a slice of cheese on top, put it under the broiler till cheese melted and we had a quick meal for dinner. Delicious, a keeper says my husband..

    Sorry. Not a favorite. I just scramble mine in the pan on very low heat. Keep scrambling the whole time until done. THE BEST. Never scrambled in a bowl and dump in pan
