We Love Crock Pot Recipes & This Pork Chop Dish Is One Of Our Favorites!

 

We saw this wonderful, laid back pork chop recipe and had to share it with you!

If you are a working woman or a busy single Dad “simple” is heavenly. It’s always nice to stick something into a crockpot and let it cook because when you come home, it’s done!

This Crock Pot Pork Chop recipe is getting a lot of rave reviews and we can see why!

There is no work that is required to make it! All you need to do is throw the ingredients together and you are done.

The flavor of garlic, mustard and mushrooms are perfectly mixed in together in this tasty dish.

The chops come out nice and coated and super tender. The meat just falls off the bone and the ingredients that are cooked make a perfect dressing to throw over some pasta or rice!

    Ready to have your breath taken away? Look at the recipe and instructions below. This may be your new go-to meal!

    •1/3 cup flour
    •1 teaspoon salt
    •1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
    •1 teaspoon dry mustard
    •4-6 lean pork chops
    • 2 tablespoons oil
    •1 can condensed cream of (chicken/celery or cream of mushroom).

    The Simple Directions To Follow:

    Mix flour, salt, mustard, garlic salt and dredge the chops with the mixture.
    Heat oil in a skillet, brown the chops on both sides.
    Place chops in slow cooker, add the soup. Cook low 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.

    OK, the picture does not match the recipe! If you pour soup over the browned chops and cook in the $#%&!@*pot all day, where is the soup in the picture??? I am going to try this though because I love port chops!!

    If you don’t have a crock pot or just want to cook it for dinner when you get home, just follow this recipe, brown the chops, then pour the soup over them, put the lid on, turn down the heat and simmer for an hour. It will still be tender and delicious.

    I cook mine in an electric skillet, and they fall off the bone. Brown them turn it down add water or stock until they are tender. Then make gravy out of the liquid.

    Usually I just brown them in a skillet, season them and put them in the crockpot for 8 to 10 hours add a little water. They fall off of the bone.

    My take would to be to add mushrooms potatoes and maybe carrots in crock pot probably pour mushroom soup over and maybe onion soup mix and slow cook couldn’t down load recipe
