Use golden mushroom soup. OMG!
I am making this today
•1/3 cup flour
•1 teaspoon salt
•1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
•1 teaspoon dry mustard
•4-6 lean pork chops
• 2 tablespoons oil
•1 can condensed cream of (chicken/celery or cream of mushroom).
The Simple Directions To Follow:
Mix flour, salt, mustard, garlic salt and dredge the chops with the mixture.
Heat oil in a skillet, brown the chops on both sides.
Place chops in slow cooker, add the soup. Cook low 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
For more “gravy” just add more soup and it’s wonderful over rice OR noodles!

I put tenderizer on the chops, browned them in coconut oil seasoned with garlic powder and onion powder, poured canned French Onion soup over them and let them simmer. Best I have ever made!
