There's nothing more irritating than an itch you can't scratch. For example, food cravings! Food cravings can hit us out of the blue and often during the worst times. The secret to cravings is they are actually a great way to keep a check on what your body needs. During our hectic schedules and busy lives, we often miss out on key nutrients simply due to poor diets. Our bodies are designed to react certain ways if you are low on specific vitamins. Tired all the time? You may need more vitamin B or iron.
