Doh! Why Didn't We Think Of The Doritos Taco Salad Sooner?!
If I had to point one type of chips in a chip line up, Doritos would have my eye — hands down. Doritos were enjoyed endlessly as a child, and today as an adult, I jump at the opportunity to open up a whole bag of them without feeling guilty. So, duh. I love the idea of putting them in a salad.
Mind you, I have made plenty of taco salads in my day. I've even made tostada bowls out of fresh tortillas. I've purchased tostada making pans for baking. I've put Fritos in my taco salad. All of this experience and not once did I think to put Doritos in my taco salad. What was I thinking?
Well, you no longer have to feel like you've been missing out.
