If You Like Crispy Bacon But Never Get Seem To Get That Savory Crunch Then Check This Out!

You have to make bacon like this from now on. Once you see this fool-proof method you'll never go back to the regular skillet and spatula combo again!

Let's Get Started…

Things You Will Need:

  • Bacon

How To Make The Perfect Bacon:

  1. Start out by placing your bacon on the cutting board. Go ahead and pick your preferred type of bacon. You can go with thick cut, maple bacon, low-sodium, or what ever kind you like.
  2. While keeping the bacon in its original packaging, your going to take a large kitchen knife and cut that sucker right down the middle, package and all. You can wrap up one of halves and put it back in the fridge for another time.
  3. Apparently, when you cut the bacon in half, you reduce the risk of stretching out your bacon strips, which causes uneven cooking. Who knew?!
  4. Go ahead and arrange your bacon on a baking pan. If you're using the whole pack of bacon, then you'll probably need to baking pans.

Now That You Have Your Bacon Cut & Prepared It's Time To Cook It A Certain Way So That It'll Come Out Perfectly Crispy & Not Over-Done Or Soggy.

This part is the most crucial because if you do not follow everything accordingly it can become a big waste. When you cook bacon this way, an entire package can be done and you do not ruin the risk of grease burns or a nasty pan filled with oil that you have to discard.

I put my bacon on a cookie cooling rack. It helps the fat drip into the pan below.

My husband cooks it in a fry pan and I cook it on a rack inside a cookie sheet lined with foul in the oven for about 22 minutes for thick bacon at 400 degrees.

Put water in the frying pan and boil the bacon until the water evaporates. This renders the fat. Continue frying on medium heat until crispy. Viola… perfect bacon everytime

Just wondering, so I can try, how much water? Just a few tablespoons, or do you put enough to cover the bacon? Thanks for the info.

Just enough to cover the bacon. If you use too much it takes a long time and we all want that bacon sooner rather than later, right? LOL
