If Your Hard Boiled Eggs Never Turn Out Quite Right, Try Making Your Eggs The Easier Way Instead!
Many of us enjoy eggs as an appetizer when we make deviled eggs. We also enjoy eggs in egg salad on a sandwich, or for breakfast.
The trouble with hard boiled eggs is they are difficult to get just right. Many of us end up with eggs that break while boiling. This can be very frustrating and may make us give up on making hard boiled eggs for good.
Instead of giving it completely and not being able to enjoy the eggs you love, you should try steaming them next time. This method is so much easier and the eggs will turn out perfect and truly delicious every single time!
This process will prevent your eggs from breaking or coming out not exactly cooked. They also taste a little different which is good considering that hard boiled eggs have to be cooked perfect or else your dish is ruined; it's not like you can peel them & toss em back in boiling water.

“Centers the yolk,” I like that. Thanks. I use jumbo eggs whenever I can get them, and they very often have double yolks. (y)
I steam my eggs – have a steamer that I bought from QVC, but it only does 6 eggs at a time. Of course, after I bought one, they came out with a bigger one that does hold 12 eggs….
Put your cooked egg in a glass and shake a few times. Shell peels right off.
All these ideas are great. Thanks so much!
Thanks!
I’ve never steamed them but don’t bother trying the baking method (in cupcake pans) that is going around…..each one had a brown spot from the pan and looked nasty for deviled eggs! I’ll stick with the old fashioned pot of water.
Muffin pan, bake at 325, 30-35 depending on oven.

I think baking eggs with dry heat would make for one dry leather egg white. . yuck and leaves a brown spot on the egg where its baked thru in one hot spot. How ‘appealing ‘ is that . haha peel . appeal. Haha. Pun intended. I crack myself up. Haha. I have a dozen of em. ! Hahq
I like to scramble eggs in the microwave…they are awesome. It’s funny though. I LOVE mexican food. Most people don’t cuz it’s too spicy. *sigh* you simply eliminate the “heat”….but I guess a lot of fear about altering recipes. Meh! I do it all the time.
I think scrambled eggs in microwave are great. . fluff up nice and no burning! Changing recipes is what cooking is all about . cook what you like your taste etc. I change recipes all the time too. I add alot of vinegar or the pickling liquid from banana peppers to food. Acid added to any dish really adds a good balance. I rvrn make eggs with a splash of banana pepper liquid .
That sounds yummy!
You can also put them in a muffin tin and bake them

I just use my pasta pot. I can do 18 at a time.
Steaming works great for devil eggs…
Leaves mark on the egg
I only did it once, but mine were fine. I did it on 325 for about 30 minute’s.
Jenny White here you go.
