
Make sure to chop up the carrots, celery, garlic and onions really small so that you have room for your Sirloin Tips. You can cut them into cubes or you do slices; it's up to you.

The Step By Step Directions To Follow:
- In a crock pot or large pot, brown the meat in the oil and butter on all sides.
- Remove the meat from the pan and set aside.
- Add the onions, carrots, celery and garlic and sauté for 2 to 3 minutes.
- Season with the oregano and thyme.
- Add the broth, wine and cranberry juice and bring to a boil.
- Reduce the heat, cover and simmer for around 1 to 1 and 1/2 hours until the meat is tender.
- In a separate saucepan saute the mushrooms in a little oil for 3 minutes.
The Ingredients For The Garlic Mashed Potatoes:
- 8 white potatoes, peeled and cut into cubes
- 5 tsp of butter
- 3 garlic cloves, chopped
- 1 bunch of long green onions, chopped
- 1 cup of Mascarpone cheese
- 1/2 cup of milk
- 1/4 cup of grated Parmesan cheese
The Cooking Directions For The Garlic Mashed Potatoes:
- Sauté the garlic and onions in 2 tsp of butter until the onions are soft.
- Toss the onion, garlic mixture, the remaining butter, Mascarpone, milk, Parmesan
- You can use about 8-10 red Skinned Potatoes for the mashers.

Tried this and followed the receipe to the T….. very dissapointing! It was terrible even the mashed potatoes were awful….which I had made 100+ times. Kind of a no brainer 😉 Ended up tossing it out. It was that awful!!!!
