Dinner Is Served: Tender Sirloin Tips Served With A Rich Gravy & A Side Of Garlic Mashed Potatoes

Make sure to chop up the carrots, celery, garlic and onions really small so that you have room for your Sirloin Tips. You can cut them into cubes or you do slices; it's up to you.

Here Are The Full Instructions…

The Step By Step Directions To Follow:

  1. In a crock pot or large pot, brown the meat in the oil and butter on all sides.
  2. Remove the meat from the pan and set aside.
  3. Add the onions, carrots, celery and garlic and sauté for 2 to 3 minutes.
  4. Season with the oregano and thyme.
  5. Add the broth, wine and cranberry juice and bring to a boil.
  6. Reduce the heat, cover and simmer for around 1 to 1 and 1/2 hours until the meat is tender.
  7. In a separate saucepan saute the mushrooms in a little oil for 3 minutes.

The Ingredients For The Garlic Mashed Potatoes:

  • 8 white potatoes, peeled and cut into cubes
  • 5 tsp of butter
  • 3 garlic cloves, chopped
  • 1 bunch of long green onions, chopped

  • 1/2 cup of milk
  • 1/4 cup of grated Parmesan cheese

The Cooking Directions For The Garlic Mashed Potatoes:

  1. Sauté the garlic and onions in 2 tsp of butter until the onions are soft.
