Why Go With The Stuff In The Can When You Can Whip Up A Fresh Batch Of Frosting?

~ You'll Never Run Out Of It Again ~

One of the things that I like about this recipe is that when you layer, pipe or even frost a cake with this particular Butter Cream recipe it will not melt or smear when you first put it on.

This Butter Cream Frosting recipe is thicker than normal but there are options where you can make it a little thinner and even creamier.

There was no half and half back in the day. Just cream that people used in their coffee and whipped it. It came off of the top of your bottle of milk. Can’t believe this is still an issue!

Usually 4 C of icing sugar (powdered sugar). If you need it add corn syrup by 1/4 tsp. 1 cup of salted butter
    3 teaspoons of vanilla
    4 cups of icing sugar
4-5 tablespoons of coffee cream (whipping cream) (I use milk – it’s fine) Add 1 Tbs at time.
