The No-Bake Cookies Were a Childhood Favorite…And We Still Love Them As Adults!

Indulge Your Sweet Tooth With These Easy-to-Make Cookies

As kids, one of our favorite after-school treats was coming home to find a sheet of rich and creamy no-bake cookies waiting for us. After a long hard day of studying, those yummy cookies were a welcome reward! We haven't had them much since we became adults, but we recently rediscovered the joys of these seemingly simple cookies. In fact, they're loaded with flavor and a little indulgent. Plus, we like that you don't have to heat up the oven!

Just combine the ingredients and bring to a boil, and then add the oatmeal and other goodies, and place onto a baking sheet to let harden. Within half an hour, you have a whole batch of sweet and creamy cookies (with a hint of savory flavor thanks to the peanut butter!) ready and waiting for you. Plus, these cookies will up to three days in the refrigerator in an airtight container, so you can make a batch and have a sweet snack when you have a sugar craving.

To learn how to make these delectable peanut butter chocolate no-bake cookies at home, please continue to Page (2) for the full list of ingredients and complete cooking instructions.

This was the first thing we learned to bake in home economics class in school. I purchased them at the store. They are good, but homemade is always better!
