Enchiladas That Taste So Good I Can't Believe I Settled For So Long!
I love enchiladas. Who doesn't? They require just enough technique to where the love shines through on a completed dish. The whole assembly step can get pretty intense, depending on how many ingredients you have to stuff inside, and how many people you are feeding. My family takes at least two casserole dishes filled to satisfy our craving, and keep in mind there are only four of us. We absolutely love it when we have leftovers of our favorite meal. It rarely happens, but I always go in trying to attempt that result.
