My recipe is totally different and no one can get enough of it. I use ground chuck, dry mustard, paprika, basil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, diced onion, diced bell pepper, two eggs, and use left over bread that I have crushed and grinded, can of diced tomatoes, and split a can of tomato sauce between the glaze and the meatloaf. I cook the meatloaf at 325 degrees for approximately 45 minutes and then start glazing. My glaze is the rest of the tomato sauce, vinegar, yellow mustard and brown sugar. Mix and glaze about every 15 minutes until meatloaf is done.

When I make meatloaf I always make three times the recipe and then bake all three in a large cake pan. Bring to room temperature and freeze two for sandwiches. When reheating meatloaf try pouring some chicken stock on the slices then warm up in microwave that way it doesn’t dry out.

Finely diced celery, onions, garlic Bell pepper, 13 Ritz crackers 1 slice of stale bread, in processor. can of tomatoes sauce in meat mixture, spices seasoned salt, pepper, red pepper flakes, garlic, basil, parsley flakes, onion powder.. Glaze: small Can of tomato sauce honey ,brown sugar, Ketchup.. My neighbor Mrs. Pauline’s recipe given to me years ago..I tweeked.. It’s moist and stays together. Use lean Chuck.

Fredia Carter bake it first then let it come to room temperature. Wrap in plastic wrap first then in foil. After this I put mine in a freezer bag and remove as much air as possible. Thaw in refrigerator then slice. Place as much as you are going to eat on microwave plate then pour a small amount of chicken stock onto the slices and reheat. This step can be done with water but I like the stock better. This step is important even if you are warming it up in the oven bc it helps keep it moist.

This is practically my recipe. I always add ketchup and a bit of soy sauce in with the vegetables and crackers, and do add 1 egg.

I totally agree. When someone posts a recipe just make it that way. How rude to cut someone favorites all up and change the recipe. Just make your own post if “yours” is so much better.
