Cost you an arm and a leg to make it with all those ingredients. I use the one on the Lipton onion soup box my kids love it.

I love a good meatloaf, but, the last two times I made a meatloaf did not hit the mark.
This makes me want to try again!

That’s when school cafeterias cooked from scratch. Today, most school cafeteria foods come frozen portions, ready to zap & serve….like eating cardboard! 🙁

I use crushed saltines, eggs, onions and Montreal Steak Seasoning. Cover the entire loaf with bacon and dump a jar of Prego chunky vegetable pasta sauce over the top. I’m not a fan of bacon, but I use it to add flavor to the meatloaf. Healthy? No, but fabulous.

Terry I have always loved meatloaf. One year Jackie baked me a meatloaf for my birthday and stuck a candle in it. 🙂
